The Certification Body for Food, Perfume, and Cosmetic Products is a structural subdivision of the state institution “UzTest”.
The activities of the state institution “UzTest” are reflected in the Charter registered in Olmazor district of Tashkent city on 05.08.2020 under number 3222003.
Using the status of the state institution “UzTest”, the certification body is economically, administratively, and legally independent from product manufacturers (suppliers) and their consumers.

When certifying food and perfume products, the certification body applies schemes 3, 4, 7, 7A according to the Rules for Product Certification No. 1458. The description of each scheme is provided in PSK-14.

Obligations and financing
The activities of the Certification Body are financed from the funds received for conformity assessment work carried out by it.
The financial activities of the Certification Body are monitored by the Accounting Department of the state institution “UzTest”.
The state institution “UzTest” has financial stability and is insured to cover the obligations of the certification body that may arise during its activities.
