RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

(Excerpt from PSK-14 “Product Certification Procedure”)

1. Make a one-time payment to the state joint-stock company “UzTest” in accordance with the agreement on the use of the certificate and the conformity mark;
2. Mark mass-produced certified products with the conformity mark under their own responsibility;
3. Provide the certification body with the opportunity to verify compliance of production conditions and quality of certified products with regulatory requirements;
4. Notify the certification body within 5 calendar days from the date of any planned changes to product design (composition) or production technology that may affect the certified characteristics;
5. Ensure inspection control is carried out and make full prepayment of inspection control costs, taking into account actual expenses;
6. Submit annual certificates on advertising and sales of certified products under operational control;
7. Timely test manufactured products periodically in accordance with regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
8. Provide all conditions for inspection control, including: submission of documents and records for review, granting access to equipment, premises, territory, personnel, and products; review of complaints; participation of observers if necessary;
9. Indicate the conformity mark on transport documents when selling products in accordance with the agreement on the use of the certificate and conformity mark;
10. Immediately notify the certification body of any changes to certified products or production technology, including: legal, commercial, organizational status or ownership; management changes (top management, decision-makers, or technical staff); changes in products or production methods; contact information or production site;
11. Ensure unhindered access of certification body representatives conducting inspection control to the enterprise;
12. Suspend (or terminate) the use of the conformity mark if the certificate is suspended and/or canceled;
13. Submit claims to the certification body regarding the certification process in accordance with the scope of certification;
14. Return the certificate of conformity and all certified copies if the certificate is canceled;
15. Consistently comply with certification requirements, including relevant changes introduced by the certification body;
16. Ensure continued compliance of certified products with established requirements;
17. Use the certificate and conformity mark during the validity period of the certificate;
18. Apply the certificate and conformity mark as part of enterprise identification in a manner that does not mislead interested parties;
19. Place the conformity mark on company letterhead if it applies to certified activities;
20. It is prohibited to modify the image of the mark!
21. Use of the conformity mark in advertising materials, on websites, or in the Internet is allowed only within the scope of certified products and certificate distribution;
22. Do not use the certificate and conformity mark in the following cases: after the certificate expires; when its validity is suspended until restored; when it is canceled;
23. Do not place the conformity mark on employees’ business cards;
24. If the certificate is suspended, its validity expired, or its scope reduced, immediately inform clients of this fact regarding the relevant part;
25. The enterprise has the following rights: receive a copy of the order and inspection program; receive a copy of the inspection report; participate in product selection and testing; express opinion if disagree with inspection results; obtain the right to use the conformity mark simultaneously with receiving the certificate of conformity for the validity period.
