Request for Commercial Proposal
The State Institution “Uzbekistan Scientific Testing and Quality Control Center” invites interested organizations to submit commercial proposals for determining the cost of services in accordance with the attached technical assignment, within the framework of developing a project concept for the creation of a testing laboratories complex of the structural divisions of the Technical Regulation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the “New Tashkent” area.

Purpose of the work:
To determine the estimated cost and deadlines for providing services related to the development of the project concept.
Commercial proposals must include:
- Information about experience in similar projects;
- The cost of services (in Uzbek soums or foreign currency);
- Execution deadlines;
- Legal and banking details of the organization;
- Copies of licenses and other permits (if special permission is required).
Submission deadline:
By September 25, 2025, 12:00 (Tashkent time).
