a) information on the certification scheme(s) (or a link to it), including the assessment procedures, the rules and procedures for issuing, confirming, expanding or reducing the scope of the certificate of conformity, suspending, canceling or refusing certification;
b) a list of funds from which the certification body is financially supported, and general information on the fees charged to applicants (customers);
c) a statement of the rights and obligations of applicants (customers), including requirements, permissions or restrictions on the use of the name of the certification body and the certification mark, and methods of citing the documents issued for certification;
d) information on the procedures for filing complaints and appeals;
